APPROVALS, INSPECTIONS

Impartial control of logs or sawn timber, respecting intersts of  all involved parties 

Final inspection after which the parties prohibit any subsequent claim

concerning the subject-matter of the approval, its interest is to be carried

out by a third party, according to a contract signed by both parties,

in their presence or not.

The neutrality of the third party is the major asset of this approval, which

allows to inspect wood parcels according to three essential criteria : 

• Contractual specie(s)
• Measurement
• Product(s) quality

Our experience has shown that only wood that has been inspected and

approved prior to loading enables both parties to wait calmly for the

outcome of the transaction, i.e. for one party the receipt the receipt of

goods  that are qualitatively in line with those contracted for, and receipt

of the sale price for the other.

We carry out approvals and inspections all over the world, for all types of

wood, and in addition to this operation, we can provide assistance for the

shipment of goods:

• Check that all approved merchandise have been loaded

• Verify that no substitution of wood takes place

• Draw up a global loading slip for each batch or container

• Identify each lot or container (nr, seal nr)

• Identify ship and shipping company
